I、Product composition

1. Equipment function: mainly used in research fields such as petroleum industry, especially lubricating oil industry. Through the friction and wear performance test of oil, grease and lubricant, the anti friction, bearing capacity and extreme pressure of oil are determined, so as to provide technical basic support for the final oil performance evaluation.

2. The machine is mainly composed of host, data digital processing system, color printer, wear spot image microscope, automatic weight lifter and other accessories.

1. Driving mode: direct drive, eliminating the influence error of redundant transmission links on the main speed;

2. Loading method: lever weight, with weight lifter, convenient and accurate;

3. Test load: light load and heavy load, which can be selected according to different lever ratios of 1:10-1:20;

4. Loading range [KGF]: maximum 10000, freely set loading from 5-1000kg;

5. Relative error of test force indication: less than ± 1%;

6. Collet preload: customize the standard spring collet to meet the standard requirements (light and heavy loads have no effect on it.);

7. Mechanical properties and accuracy: meet or higher than the requirements of JB / t9395-2004;
